Macro Gym is a community gym like no other - Our vision at Macro Gym is to create a unique community based fitness facility which welcomes all levels of fitness and all walks of life to get together and better themselves physically and mentally.

We offer a range of fitness and strength based classes, as well as an open 24/7 gym which provides enough equipment and space for any kind of workout.

Our classes are programmed for all fitness levels and designed to help you not only improve your cardio endurance, but also to help you learn new skills and correct your technique to prevent injury and maximise your potential. You will leave our classes feeling fit, strong and in the best post-workout mood!

Home to Australia’s only Macro Mike Supplement store, we have a wide range of protein, snacks, baking mixes and performance ranges to help you take your training and recovery to the next level. You can also grab an epic post workout smoothie or coffee on your way out too!
